Net credit sales, abbreviated as NCS, are the sales a company makes to its customers on credit, minus the value of any returned items and allowances.

Where:

\(\large{ NCS }\) = net credit sales

\(\large{ GCS }\) = gross credit sales

\(\large{ A }\) = sales allowances

\(\large{ R }\) = sales return
