Impulse is a change in momentum of an mass when a force is applied.

Impulse with Time formula

 $$I = F \; \Delta t$$

Where:

$$I$$ = impulse

$$F$$ = force

$$\Delta t$$ = time differential

Solve for:

$$F = \frac {I} {\Delta t}$$

$$\Delta t = \frac {I} {F}$$
