Division Postulate

A postulate is a statement that is assumed true without proof.

 Let \(\;a\; \) , \(\;b\; \) and \(\;c\; \) be real numbers

• If \(\;a = b\; \) and \(\;c \ne 0\; \) , then \(\; \frac {a}{c} = \frac {b}{c}\; \)
