Welding Groups & Processes

In structural engineering and fabrication, welding groups and processes refer to the classification of various welding methods and techniques based on their characteristics, applications, and the types of joints they are suitable for.  These classifications help engineers and fabricators choose the most appropriate welding method for a specific task.  Welding processes are grouped based on factors like the type of heat source used, the type of filler material, and the overall welding technique employed.
